North Face Powder Hound II Snow Boots

If you have kids or if you're lucky enough to be able to fit into kid's sizes, check out the Powder-Hound II snow boot from The North Face.

They're durable, and if you have on proper socks, they will keep your toes warm even if you spend hours romping through the snow.

The Velcro strap and zip ties at the top are super simple to use. They're easy to put on and take off, which is a blessing when it comes to mobility in winter wear.

They're also great even when it isn't snowing. The boots aren't too bulky, compared to other snow boots, which makes wearing them on cold and rainy days a bonus option.

They're reasonably priced for North Face, coming in at around $65, which makes them an expensive buy for feet that are still growing. If you are wanting to buy them for a kid, just buy one or two sizes up so they'll last more than one winter season, and you're sure to get your money's worth.

If you don't have a pair of good snow boots, you need some. If you've never considered owning a pair, this winter is proof alone that a good pair of snow boots are critical for your foot's protection from the snow. Get some today, and the next time it snows, you'll be wondering how you survived before.

Wellies

A good pair of Wellies is a lifesaver on poor-weather days. They can keep your socks and pant legs dry and they look good, ta-boot.

Hunter Wellies are of excellent quality, come in a variety of colors to suit your personality, and are reasonably priced as far as quality-made Wellies are concerned.

We recommend on cold days wearing Wellies with a pair of Welly socks to keep the feet warm inside the rubber boot. Welly socks also add an additional touch of personality.

Crocs Melbourne Unisex Flip-Flop

Getting ready for the warmer months means hitting the gym, watching the diet, and getting some sun on the skin, but as you prepare for the upcoming summer don't forget about your feet.

Flip-flops are a must-have for any wardrobe due to their ease, comfort, and built-in ventilation system, and Crocs is an excellent choice for your go-to flip-flop.

Whatever you think about the physical features of original Crocs shoes is irrelevant. When it comes to flip-flops, Crocs has got it down. How can they not? Just look at their shoes.

Crocs offers a wide range of flip-flops for a wide range of budgets, and they can be bought online or in stores. The newer models are more expensive, averaging about $35-$40, but older models can be found online for around $15.

Whether you go with the Athens, Flip, Scorpion, Lukela, Kadee, or Seaweed III, Crocs flip-flops are of good quality and are extremely comfortable. They form to your foot and only get better with use, which is awesome because if it's one pair of shoes that gets the most use in the summer, it's flip-flops.

UGG Dakota

In general we are not fans of the classic UGG boot and it's rare to find a pair on our shelves, but the UGG Dakota house slipper, on the other hand, is a major staple here at Shoe Fly.

The Dakota is a moccasin-style slipper made from high quality suede and lined with sheepskin. Its rubber sole makes it perfect for both indoor and outdoor use. No need to change shoes just because you're running to the store. With the Dakota, you don't have to.

Priced at $100 the Dakota is an expensive investment for some since the fur-lined shoes are best worn during colder months. The price is also a bit hefty for slippers in general.

In the Dakota's defense, the comfort is truly excellent and the quality of the suede and sheepskin keeps your feet from sweating too much and allows the slippers to wear extremely well when compared with cheaper competitors. If the Dakotas have the summer months to rejuvenate, they can last a very long time.

Not everyone likes a good slipper, but for those who do, give the Dakota a wear. They're simple, well-made, and versatile. Plus, they're moccasins. Who can't get into that?
