Total Eclipse of the Heart was written by Jim Steinman and made famous by Bonnie Tyler for the 1983 album, Faster Than the Speed of Night. The song is Tyler's biggest hit, charting at number one in several countries and making Tyler the first and only Welsh singer to hit the top spot on Billboard Hot 100. Since its release, Tyler has recorded multiple versions of the song.

Another Brick in the Wall, Pt. 2 is one of three songs with the same title from Pink Floyd's 1979 album, The Wall. With the working title "education," Part 2 is a protest song about schools in the UK. The song was banned in South Africa in 1980 when school condition protestors adopted it as their anthem. It has sold over 4 million copies and Rolling Stone considers it one of the 500 Greatest Songs of All Time.

ABC was released in 1970 on The Jackson 5 album ABC. The group performed it on a variety of TV shows, and it’s considered their signature song. When released, it knocked The Beatles’ Let It Be off the top of the charts. ABC was inducted into the Grammy Hall of Fame in 2016.

You Sexy Thing was released by Hot Chocolate in 1975. It's the only song to enter the UK charts in three consecutive decades. It hit No. 2 with its original 1975 release, No. 1 with their 1987 compilation album, and No. 6 in 1997 after it was featured in the movie, The Full Monty.

Saturday Night is by Scottish band, Bay City Rollers, and was recorded in 1973 by original lead singer Nobby Clark. That version didn't chart. It was re-recorded by Clark's replacement, Leslie McKeown, in 1974 for the album, Rollin'. That version became the band's only No. 1 hit in the US.

I Say a Little Prayer For You was written by Burt Bacharach and Hal David and originally recorded by Dionne Warwick for the 1967 album, The Windows of the World. Warwick's version peaked at number four on Billboard Hot 100. Aretha Franklin's version for Aretha Now (1968) hit number ten.
