There weren't many times when Drew Tyler wasn't whistling or singing. He often imitated colorful artists like The Big Bopper. Chantilly Lace was one of his go-tos. Hellooo, baby!

Drew Tyler married Charlotte Riley on January 7, 1967 and he wooed her until the day he died, with John Anderson’s Swingin’ being the song he used most.

Drew Tyler did an awesome Elvis impersonation. His song of choice was (Let Me Be Your) Teddy Bear, which he sang to his Sugar Bear.

Drew Tyler could sing bass, and he shined in songs like the Statler Brothers’ Flowers on the Wall. He did the “Captain Kangaroo” part really good.

Drew Tyler liked country and the tunes of the 50s, but he also loved gospel. He was a man of God and showed it every day he lived. Il Divo’s Amazing Grace was played at his funeral.
