Dars Chocolate

Dars chocolate is a damn tasty treat, if you can find it.

Made by Japanese company Morinaga, who boasts that it strives to be an angel to both its customers and society, Dars is indeed a taste of heaven.

Offered as individual squares perfect for bite-size snacking, Dars is competitively priced and available in a variety of flavors including milk chocolate, dark chocolate, white chocolate, and almond.

Dars comes with an added feature of a temperature sensor that lets customers know when it's the perfect time to eat.

This confectionery delight is not readily available in the US but can be found on a few online grocery sites and on ebay.

You may have to scour a bit to find Dars, but it is well worth the search and it is highly recommended for anyone with a sweet tooth.

ProForce Gladiator Combat Pants

ProForce Gladiator combat pants are comfortable, durable, reasonably priced, and a wonderful addition to anyone's wardrobe whether studying martial arts or not.

ProForce Gladiator combat pants come in black, white, red, and blue and were designed to withstand repetitive martial arts training with reinforced stitching in stress points such as the knees. They have a 2" elastic waist, a back pocket, an outside drawstring, a gusseted crotch, and are cut extra long with a hem to protect the shins from contact. They're made from an 8 oz. cotton/polyester twill and are available in sizes 0-7.

Available on the company's website as well as a variety of other online martial arts stores, ProForce Gladiator combat pants are priced at about $30 and are a smart buy for anyone looking for longevity in their workout clothes. They won't wear out easily and they become more comfortable with each wash.

ProForce Gladiator combat pants are highly recommended for anyone studying martial arts but are not limited to those who work out. People who have no interest in martial arts will find these pants comfortable, lightweight, and well-made, possibly replacing their standard pair of sweat pants for lounging about.

ProForce Gladiator combat pants are ideal for anyone training in the martial arts or for other exercise activities but they also work for those simply wanting a comfortable pair of pants to wear while watching a poorly-edited Kung Fu movie on a Saturday night.

Fanny Wang Headphones

_Fanny Wangs are a delightful find for music lovers who enjoy significant bass and rich sound while listening to their jams on a pair of fairly stylish headphones.

Inspired by and designed in the image of Beats by Dr. Dre, Fanny Wangs offer excellent sound but at a cheaper price. Granted, it's not that much cheaper, but still.

Fanny Wangs rest nicely on the head, but some models might take a bit of adjusting to find that perfect fit.

They fold up compactly and come with a stylish white pouch, which lends itself to dirt and grime, but the inside of the pouch is black and can be reversed to avoid this potential fiasco, making Fanny Wangs a solid choice for those who travel frequently.

The cord won't tangle and is a bit cumbersome but comes with a dual jack for shared listening.

Fanny Wangs come in black, red, pink, and white.

All in all, Fanny Wangs have a nice style, but it's the quality of sound that makes these headphones worth their price tag. Tested on a variety of music genres, Fanny Wangs delivers a smooth, crisp sound that enhances the listening experience. If you really care about listening to your music with no distortion and with incredible sound quality, then give Fanny Wangs a whirl. They're pretty cool to wear, and the name's fun to say.

Victorinox Swiss Army Watches

No matter if you want one for your wrist or your pocket, Victorinox Swiss Army delivers sturdy, quality and ruggedly-sleek timepieces you won't be able to survive without.

Pictured here is the Ladies Summit XLT. It's slender and stylish, without all the bedazzled nonsense that accompanies most female watches. It has a durable texture that will give you piece of mind knowing it won't break, snap, or snag while wearing it.

Swiss Army watches, in general, are not the most expensive watches on the market nor are they the cheapest. If you're looking to buy one, look to spend about $200 or more, depending on the model.

You can find a variety of Swiss Army watches at most department stores or at numerous online dealers, as well as on the Victorinox corporate website.

A Date With Iris

A Date With Iris is located in Oklahoma City, so it's a bit of a drive for Mooseville residents, but if you need unique, eclectic, and personalized floral decorations, then it's well worth the drive.

If you're in OKC, A Date With Iris is located in the Western Avenue Shopping District at 4201 N. Western Ave, on the corner of NW 41st St.

The store itself is cute as a bug's ear, and one can easily get pleasantly lost looking at all the little trinkets, gifts and interesting store displays, like the Thunder shrine above the cooler.

A flower shop isn't much without flowers though, and A Date With Iris has a great assortment. The arrangements are vibrant, hearty, and unique to what you'll find at more traditional flower shops.

A Date With Iris delivers, so if you're in need of flowers for weddings or other special occasions or if you're a business owner and need flowers for your restaurant or office, A Date with Iris is a pro at that sort of thing.

Their prices are slightly higher than some chain-type competitors, but they're reasonable, if you pay attention to the details.

What makes A Date With Iris worth the money is the attention to detail. Everything from the accents to the vase to the card to the displays is important at this shop. You get a sense of it the minute you walk in. The atmosphere is relaxed, welcoming, and open. If you don't know what you're looking for, all you have to do is tell them what you need the arrangement for and how much you want to spend, and the staff at A Date With Iris will take care of the rest.

Dating can be hard, and so can buying flowers, but A Date With Iris is always easy, fun, and memorable. Personally, we're looking forward to seeing her again this Saturday night.

Retro 51 Fine Writing Instruments

Retro 51 makes amazing writing instruments. Featured here is the Tornado Acrylic in yellow, but this is an older pen model. The current Tornado Deluxe has the same feel and basic structure as the Acrylic, with the Deluxe being a bit heavier in hand.

Retro 51 writing instruments are not overly pricey, but they aren't the cheap disposable pens you chew on the end of either. For one, these pens are metal. For two, they cost between $36-$45 in retail shops.

Don't be detoured by the price tag though because these pens are worth it. They're well-made and feel good in hand.

Refills are readily available and are competitively priced with other brand's refills.

It would be easier if customers could buy these pens on the Retro 51 website, but alas, the website only makes it easy to find online and local dealers, which there are plenty of.

All in all, if you value writing instruments and don't mind spending a little extra for something that's going to last, look good, and feel great to write with, try the Retro 51 Tornado Series.  It's not wind in your hands, but if you're really into pens, this little beauty might just blow your socks off.

Chrome Hearts MAX

The Chrome Hearts brand blends luxury with beast, and the Chrome Hearts MAX sunglasses in black are sturdy, tough-looking, and feel amazing on your face.

Be warned: Chrome Hearts sunglasses are not cheap! (Price tags can near the $1,000 mark.)

The hefty price tag might be because the Chrome Hearts brand, in general, has been seen on celebrities ranging from Jamie Foxx to fashion icon, Karl Lagerfeld.

Whether you want to add an up-and-coming luxury brand to your portfolio or just want a quality, well-built product for your face, Chrome Hearts gives you both.

What it won't give you is a helpful website. If you're interested in this brand, find reviews or visit dealers online because the corporate website has little to no information. Or better yet, visit a boutique.

Chrome Hearts Boutique Locations: New York, Los Angeles, Honolulu, Malibu, Las Vegas, Tokyo, Osaka, Harajuku, Fukuoka, Nagoya, Ginza, Korea, Hong Kong, London, and Paris

Works great for chapped or dried lips. Has a pleasant smell and flavor, and to top it off, it actually works. A little pricey for lip balm, but well worth the spend.
