COMPLETE FORECAST

Happy Halloween, Mooseville. Today will be chillingly delightful with mostly sunny skies and highs creeping into the mid 50s.

Like werewolves in the moonlight, winds will howl out of the north at 10 - 20 mph.

Tonight will be mostly clear for trick-or-treating, but be warned. The grim reaper will point his icy finger and casts a widespread frost over Mooseville after midnight. Those caught outside with nothing but a skimpy costume could turn into a zombie, vampire, or a character from Frozen. Let it go; put on a coat.
