THE MIX
1/2 oz Vodka
1/2 oz Tequila
1/2 oz White Rum
1/2 oz Gin
1/2 oz Triple Sec
Lemon Juice
A splash of Coke

Combine alcohol into a shaker. Shake and strain into a glass with ice. Top with lemon juice and add a splash of Coke.

Toots makes the Mooseville Island Iced Teas with either peach juice or standard lemonade. 
Long Island Iced Tea History
Robert Butt invented the Long Island Iced Tea in 1972 when he entered a contest asking participants to make a new drink using Triple Sec. At the time, Butt worked at Oak Beach Inn in Long Island, NY.

Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg died on Sept. 18, 2020 from complications of pancreatic cancer. She was 87 years-old. She was the second woman to ever sit on the bench of the United States Supreme Court and the first woman in history to lie in state at the capitol.

Appointed to the Supreme Court in 1993 by Bill Clinton, the Notorious R.B.G. fought for gender and racial equality, abortion rights, police reform, incorporating foreign interpretation of law to shape American policy, and human rights across the globe. She was a warrior and an amazing person who deserves, at the very least, our utmost respect. Cheers, RBG. May you rest in peace. You've earned the rest.
THE MIX
  • 1.5 oz Apricot Brandy
  • 1 oz Bourbon
  • Ice

Fill a mixing glass with ice. Add ingredients. Stir and strain into a cocktail glass.
TOOTS'S JUDGE
Toots's Judges are made with Four Roses Bourbon, garnished with a lemon, and served in a martini glass.
OTHER JUDGE COCKTAILS
To make a Judge Jr:
  • 3/4 oz Gin
  • 3/4 oz Rum
  • Lemon Juice
  • Splash of Grenadine

To make a Judgette:
  • 3/4 oz Peach Brandy
  • 3/4 oz Gin
  • 3/4 oz French Vermouth
  • Lime Juice
  • Serve with a cherry

1/4 oz. Sweet Vermouth
1/4 oz. Dry Vermouth
1 1/2 oz. Dry Gin
1/2 tsp. Lemon Juice
1/2 tsp. Orange Curacao
1 Dash Bitters

Shake well with cracked ice and strain into martini glass. Serve with an orange twist.

The Mix

Boiling water
1 1/2 oz. whiskey
Brown Sugar
Lemon slice
Cloves

Add water, sugar, and whiskey. Add the lemon slice then season with cloves. Let stand for a few minutes before drinking.

Toots's "Hot Tooties"

Toots uses Jameson Irish Whiskey to make his "Hot Tooties" and adds in a cinnamon stick for good measure.

Hot Toddy Lore

Hot toddies are traditionally drunk before going to bed or in wet or cold weather. Some believe the drink relieves the symptoms of the cold and flu.

The Mix

1 oz. Lime Juice
1 oz. Apricot Brandy
1 oz. Dark (or Jamaican) Rum
1 oz. Light Rum
1 oz. Bacardi 151
Dash or 2 of Grenadine
Orange Juice

Mix light and dark rum and brandy in a cocktail shaker, add lime juice and grenadine. Shake well and strain into a highball glass with cracked ice.

Fill glass with orange juice but leave enough room to float the Bacardi 151 on top.

Toots's Zombies

Toots's Zombies are made with Bacardi Gold, Bacardi Silver, Bacardi 151, and Clüsener Apricot Brandy and served with an orange slice and cherry.
