Based on a Friedrich Nietzsche quote, Stronger (What Doesn't Kill You) is the third single from Kelly Clarkson's 2011 album, Stronger. Originally titled What Doesn't Kill You (Stronger), it is one of Clarkson's best-selling singles, topping Billboard Hot 100 and 15 other US charts.

SONG OF THE tuesDAY
Eye of the Tiger is from Survivor’s third album, Eye of the Tiger (1982). The song was used as the theme for the movie, Rocky III after Queen denied Sylvester Stallone the rights to Another One Bites the Dust. Eye of the Tiger was originally intended for the 1984 movie, The Karate Kid.

Ain't No Mountain High Enough was written by Nickolas Ashford and Valerie Simpson and was first recorded in 1968 by Marvin Gaye and Tammi Terrell for Gaye’s album United. It became a hit again in 1970 as Diana Ross's first solo No. 1 on Billboard Hot 100 after leaving The Supremes.

Written by Joey Tempest, The Final Countdown was released in 1986 from Europe’s album, The Final Countdown. The keyboard riff was inspired by David Bowie’s Space Oddity, and the song hit No. 1 in 25 countries. In the US, it peaked at No. 8 on Billboard Hot 100.

Composed by Bill Conti, Gonna Fly Now is the theme for Rocky (1976). The song was released in 1977 and was nominated for an Academy Award. Conti's recording hit No. 1 on Billboard Hot 100. Different versions were recorded for the other Rocky franchise movies.

We are the Champions is from Queen’s 1977 album, News of the World. Written by Freddie Mercury, it's one of the band's most recognizable hits. It’s been used as an anthem for countless sporting events, and in 2009, it was inducted into the Grammy Hall of Fame.

Livin' On a Prayer is from Bon Jovi's 1986 album, Slippery When Wet. It was that album's second consecutive No. 1 hit on Billboard Hot 100 and is considered the band's signature song. After 9/11, they performed an acoustic version in honor of New York and first responders.
