Weekly Women's Self Defense Class
Why take a weekly self defense class?
One, three-hour weekend self defense course is not enough. To be able to defend yourself you must practice. Repetition decreases reaction time, increases alertness, and makes you better able to stay calm during a high-intensity, self-defense situation.

When: Mondays 7 pm - 8 pm Cost: Only $10 a class. No contracts. Class Includes
If you're looking to get in shape, this class is for you. Part of self defense is being in shape physically. It's hard to defend yourself when you can't breath and are tired. That's why every class includes both self defense practice and a cardio-focused workout.
No Experience Required
The class is come and go and is suitable for all levels of learners.
Class Attire
Shoes are not allowed on the mats inside the Dojang. All other workout attire is acceptable.

Credentials
Moose has studied martial arts for 10 years. She's a second-degree black belt in Taekwondo who specializes in Thai, Filipino and American-style boxing. She also dabbles in other martial arts forms including Jeet Kune Do, Silat and Jujitsu. She's been a professional educator for 15 years and works well with children and adults.
