Two drunk and delusional chipmunks were found in Mooseville Park this week and were immediately taken to the drunk tank at the Mooseville Police Department to dry out.
After urinating on the floor and mating repeatedly, the pair then sent the Mayor a birthday message.
When asked if she had received the video message, the Mayor's Office declined to comment.
