Technology has changed family dynamics around the world, and despite the criticism, not everyone thinks the change is bad.
"Before I couldn't stand spending time with my sons," said Joe Father. "Now, I don't have to listen to their nonsense. They just bury their noses in their phones. It's perfect."
Smart phones have made it easier for families to enjoy each other's company because it offers an alternative to forced personal communication.
"I don't want to talk to my parents any more than necessary," said Pri Teen. "Now I don't have to."
Who knows if technology will continue to improve family relations, but for right now, it sure does make family holidays and get-togethers a whole lot more tolerable.
