We Run This was the third release from Missy Elliott's 2005 album, The Cookbook. The song was nominated for a Grammy nomination for Best Rap Solo Performance. The video features Dominique Dawes as a gymnastics coach. Missy did her own stunts and tore her Achilles during filming.
