Released in 1981 Physical was the lead single from Olivia Newton-John's twelfth studio album, Physical. The song was originally intended for Rod Stewart. It spent 10 weeks at number one and is Newton-John's biggest American hit.

The Swing of Things is from a-ha's second studio album, Scoundrel Days and was released in 1986. Though the song isn't one of the band's most popular, the title became the title of their biography written by Jan Omdahl.

Get Up, Stand Up was written by Bob Marley and Peter Tosh and originally included on The Wailers' 1973 album, Burnin'. Bob Marley wrote it while touring Haiti and being moved by the poverty there. It was the last song he ever performed.

Survivor is from Destiny's Child's third studio album of the same name. Released in 2001, the song earned Destiny's Child a Grammy for Best R&B Performance by a Duo or Group with Vocals.

Walk the Walk is from Poe's second album, Haunted. The album was released in 2000, five years after her debut album, Hello (1995). Though Haunted wasn't as commercially successful, we think the whole album's the jam.
