Our House was written by Graham Nash and recorded by Crosby, Stills, Nash & Young for the album Déjà Vu (1970). Nash wrote it while living with Joni Mitchell. They had breakfast, bought a vase at an antique shop, and came home. Nash wrote the song within the hour.

Homeward Bound was written by Paul Simon and recorded by Simon & Garfunkel in 1966 for their third studio album, Parsley, Sage, Rosemary and Thyme. Simon wrote the song while touring in London after a bought of depression and feeling homesick for his girlfriend, Kathy Chitty.
